Speaker 1:

Let's take a moment. If you were in a place where you can close your eyes and sit tall, take some long, deep breaths, perhaps gently lengthening the inhale, gently lengthening the inhale and letting the exhale just kind of fall out the body. So every inhale we are breathing in through the nose all the way to the perineum and with each exhale we're just releasing more, letting go more softening, more Inhaling, allowing the breath to deepen, letting the breath reach all the way into the pelvic bowl and each exhale, releasing, softening, allowing and just continuing this process of deepening the breath on the inhale and deep on the inhale.

Speaker 1:

The spine also elongates, growing taller, and with each exhale there's like a softening, a releasing of anything extra, of anything extra, inhaling taller, exhaling, softening and releasing. So we're bringing ourselves into the state of revelation. Through our intention, through our breath and through the grace of the support that we're receiving, there's a tremendous capacity to self-heal, self-balance, self-regulate through this process of tuning in and it may become increasingly easy to tune in. As we head deeper and deeper towards winter, tuning in becomes gentler and easier and ever more assisted by the environmental Ian growing, coaxing us, calling us, encouraging us. And again, each breath, the inhale is lengthening all the way to the perineum. In each exhale there's a releasing and letting go. The same way the trees are releasing their leaves as the sap moves downward, as the breath moves downward, and then the exhale just shedding that which is ready to be released, as the thoughts may come and go, as we drop in, that we're kind of awakening to awareness. You're awakening to this awareness of the thoughts.

Speaker 1:

So you may notice, with this slowing down, the possibility for new insights, codes revelations to pour into the system A quietness, a stillness, and let's tune even more towards the environmental chi, the growing yin, the receding yang. So we're in a place here where the days are growing shorter, the yang receding and the nights are getting longer. It's the growing yin, dream time, calling us to drop deeper into the unknown and the darkness, the quiet and the stillness, the rest and the solitude. There's some energy of settling here, deeper, available. Just take a moment to allow this settling, this deeper settling here, surrendering to gravity, letting the rib basket be wide, the cocoon of the lungs. Thank you, notice the way in which the yin is calling us to sense into this deeper awareness of our roots, of what's beneath the surface, of the quiet river flowing underground, of these invisible forces shaping our lives, thoughts, our experience are experienced.

Speaker 1:

The yin is calling us to sense this deeper wave.

Speaker 1:

Thank you.

Speaker 1:

As we journey into these depths of yin in late autumn, we have the capacity to cleanse the doors of perception, to see more clearly into how it is that we see, go beyond the busy and the activity and the excitement, into a vibrational level of seeing and feeling, knowing.

Speaker 1:

Let's take this moment to kind of set a clarified kind of intention to make space this the next of intention, to make space this the next last weeks of autumn and into the winter. To make space for tuning into the quiet, tuning into the yin, tuning into the softness, the letting go, the allowing the dark, just setting that into the space-time continuum. This intention to make the space to months in this way, perhaps you can see yourself sitting on your cushion or in the forest. Perhaps you can see yourself sitting on your cushion or in the forest, morning practice, evening practice, quiet moments, interspersed Moments of pausing and reflection, moments of retreat, quiet. I'm just asking the universe, the creative, divine intelligence, to magically open up space for us to have this kind of opportunities to rest and be still Angels, archangels, great ones, assistance of the light, of the light.

Speaker 2:

Magically open up opportunities for us to be quiet and still in solitude and self-reflection and prayer. Thank you.
